We first hear the faint bars of this song as we see Juliet's face emerged in a basin of water. She is disturbed from her peaceful oasis by her nurse and mother calling her before the Capulet Ball. The song begins again soon afterwards as we see Juliet dressed in her white angel costume staring up at the fireworks from her balcony. We then cross to Sycamore Grove to see Romeo in costume thoughtfully staring up at the same fireworks. This song could be interpreted as a theme for Juliet's youthful innocence. On this night, Juliet will meet the man of her dreams, and she will become his loving angel.
