'Baz the Great!' has been inspired by the extraordinary vision of Baz Luhrmann and the influence his remarkable imagination has had on countless fans around the world. Luhrmann is successfully breaking down cinematic barriers and has pioneered a refreshingly unique style of movie making, one that actively promotes audience participation and the opportunity to enjoy a film on a whole other level. Every film he makes continues to push the craft of movie-making to its very limits and, in doing so, he has established a revolutionary degree of versatility in all his works. Luhrmann's unstoppable imagination results in every film he creates being more spectacular and daring than the one before it and, as a result, his movies are a continual source of inspiration. The creator of this site feels that more should be done to promote Luhrmann and his works online. Indeed, with the production of each new project, my fascination with Luhrmann's works continues to grow. Therefore, I have created this fansite as my own personal tribute to Baz Luhrmann and his phenomenal achievements. This fansite features detailed sections about each of Luhrmann's major projects, as well as providing some facts about the man himself.  I also endeavour to keep fellow fans informed with up-to-date information relating to all his upcoming works.
